Return Policy

Payment

  • Orders that are not paid for will not be shipped

  • Pre-order items on outstanding orders will not be ordered

 

Shipping

  • Orders are normally shipped within 3 working days of payment (except for pre-sales)

  • Pre-orders and in-stock items will be shipped together and cannot be arranged for separate shipments. If you require separate delivery, please place a separate order

 

Refunds

  • If the pre-order item is not available from the supplier, we will first contact the customer for an exchange and if the item is not available, the pre-order item will be refunded

  • Please note that there are no refunds for in-stock items or other pre-orders placed on the same order

  • Refunds may be made for changes in the value of the order and may involve delivery charges

 

Exchange

  • Due to hygiene reasons, there are no exchanges or refunds for personal care products

  • There are no exchanges or refunds for pre-ordered products
