Q. How can I confirm that the online credit card payment transaction is successful?
A. Once the online credit card payment is completed, a transaction message will be displayed on the website and the customer will receive an "order notification" to confirm the status of the transaction.

Q. What are the delivery arrangements?
A. Tina's Dresser uses a standard local delivery service and in-stock items will be shipped within 3 working days of payment confirmation.
Free delivery for all orders of HK$299 or above via SF Express
*For purchases less than HK$299, payment will be made to SF Express in the form of "pay on delivery" when the customer picks up the goods or collected by its partner convenience stores, and the shipping fee will not be reflected on the order. For details of charges, please contact SF Express.
