Shipping Methods

【Shipping Charge】

Free Express delivery service* is available for single purchase of HK$200 or above at Tina's Dresser online shop.

 

For a single purchase under HK$200, delivery fee will be made to SF Express in the form of "pay on delivery" when the customer picks up the goods or collected by its partner convenience stores, and the shipping fee will not be reflected on the order. For details of charges, please contact SF Express.

 

*Delivery service is only available to one delivery location.

*Except for remote areas of Hong Kong and outlying islands, additional surcharges will be charged directly by the shipping company.

 

【Delivery Time】

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, the goods will be shipped within 3 working days (except for pre-sale items)

Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days, excluding public holidays.

 

Delivery time will be delayed in the following cases.

‧ Incomplete information of the recipient, change of address or the recipient is unable to receive the goods

‧ In case of inclement weather, the delivery time will be delayed or alternative arrangements will be made

‧ Pre-order items and special items (as indicated on the product page)

 

【Check Delivery Status】

The system will notify you by email when your order has been shipped and its delivery number, so that you can link to the courier's website to check the delivery status.

If you find that the delivery time is too long, please contact the courier company's customer service with the delivery note number on the email to check the delivery status.

 

【Shipping and delivery terms and conditions】

‧ Tina's Dresser will only arrange delivery once your order has been confirmed and paid for.

‧ Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made to any information including the delivery address.

‧ All orders are subject to availability and final confirmation. In the event that Tina's Dresser is unable to provide any of the ordered goods or services, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer by phone or email for refund arrangements.

‧ Please note that Tina's Dresser will not call the recipient in advance to confirm the delivery time.

‧ If the delivery location is not directly accessible by lift, customers may be required to pay an additional handling surcharge, which will be charged to the customer by the shipping company on a "collect" basis.

‧ Delivery time may be delayed in remote areas.

‧ Tina's Dresser and the third party logistics will not be responsible for any risk or loss incurred if the recipient has asked someone else to collect the goods on their behalf.

‧ Delivery of goods to the address stated in the order will be deemed to be completed regardless of whether the goods are signed for by the named recipient.

‧ You agree and acknowledge that all deliveries are subject to delay.

‧ Tina's Dresser is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Unsuccessful deliveries will be returned to Tina's Dresser HK's logistics warehouse and the shipping fee paid will not be refunded and will be charged for the second delivery.

‧ In the event of inclement weather, the delivery time may be delayed or alternative arrangements may be made.

‧ Tina's Dresser is not responsible for any delay, suspension, rescheduling, loss or damage caused by actual circumstances such as traffic, location, weather and other force majeure factors, whether or not the cause is within the control of Tina's Dresser.

Tina's Dresser reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
